Rapid Support Forces Assassinate Womens Rights Activist in Al-Jereif West

The Al-Jereif West Emergency Room in Khartoum reported that a Rapid Support Forces (RSF) unit assassinated a member of the Womens Response Room in Al-Jereif by shooting her inside her home.

According to a statement from the room yesterday, RSF forces forcibly entered several homes in the area and assaulted a woman.

In their statement, the room mourned the death of Saham Hassan Mustafa, who was assassinated by gunfire through the window of her home while she resisted and tried to protect herself and her family, refusing to open the door.

According to the statement, Saham was a member of the Womens Response Room in Al-Jereif West and the Fifth Neighborhood Womens Association. She worked on providing social and material support to women affected by the war in the region.
