Khartoum North Emergency Room: We restored electricity service

Volunteers from the city of Khartoum Bahri announced that they had succeeded in restoring electricity service to the centre and north of the city.

Emergency room said in a statement on Friday that the rooms electricity maintenance team had successfully maintained a malfunction that hit the main plant, after an interruption of more than 14 days, and electricity had returned to central and northern maritime. In a separate statement, she appealed to the residents of Bahri to volunteer, and said that the door to volunteering in the room would be open until January 10.

On the other hand, the Kadro called on the parties to fight to open safe corridors to facilitate access to food and drinking water to the city of Kadrow. She said in a statement yesterday that the region was experiencing a shortage of water and foodstuffs and facing a catastrophic health situation.

It called on the army to lend a helping hand to the citizens of Al-Kadru and to cease arresting citizens on charges of cooperating with rapid support. She explained that citizens of the Kadro had been arrested while shopping in the Al-Hasaniyah market, and denied the charge of cooperating with the RSF.
