10 killed in first airstrike at the beginning of the new year in southern Khartoum

The Torwa Mayo Eid Hussein Chamber in the southern Khartoum region reported 10 deaths and more than 20 injuries as a result of aerial bombardment.

The chamber said in a press release that an airstrike had called the tank station in the south of the belt.

The Chamber revealed that 5 people suffered first-degree burns.

The tank station is located in the Al-Azhari neighbourhood south of the central market. The station has a market known for its street vendors and sellers of ready-to-eat food and there are no military manifestations according to the rooms permit

The last airstrike in the area was at the end of last months Habbath, which killed 10 civilians, including 5 children, in the Salma al-Kababish area of southern Belt.
