4 killed in artillery shelling by RSF on Omdurman

Four people, including two children, were killed, and eight others were injured in the Shahinab area, rural Omdurman, early this morning due to artillery shelling by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
The Sudanese Doctors Network condemned the indiscriminate shelling by the RSF on the city of Omdurman in a press statement published on its official Facebook page, with a copy provided to Moatinoon.
The network warned of the ongoing shellings repercussions on civilians who had fled to Omdurman in search of safety, as well as its devastating humanitarian effects.
In its statement, the network called for respect for human rights and the protection of civilians, urging civil society organizations, regional, and international organizations to condemn the targeting of civilians and to pressure for an end to the war.
